We constantly strive to look at ways to improve our services to you and how you perceive our surgery and staff in a constructive manner. Anonymous comments on websites does not give the practice a chance to address  concerns or complaints.

To help us with this, we have set up a patient representation group so that you can have your say. We now have a core group who are looking at surveying patients at the practice in the near future.

In the past we have struggled to run patient participation groups due to lack of interest so we decided after the problems the practice has experienced in the last 2 years we would restart with the aim of having an active PPG.  If you would like to join our patient participation group please contact the surgery. Our practice manager keeps a register of all members and we never give your information or emails out to anyone else.

If you do not wish to become a member of the PPG your views and opinions are still valid, these can be passed to either the PPG or to the Practice Manager who will in turn pass it over for discussion at the next meeting.
