Prescriptions can either be ordered on the phone (0191 252 5317) on our automated prescription line, using emis online, or drop off your repeat slip (the counterfoil to your prescription) at the surgery.

Which ever method you choose, you must leave 2 (working) days for a prescription to be processed and ready for collection. This also applies to electronic (EPS) prescriptions.

If you are requesting a prescription early due to holidays then please let us know when making the request. If you do not then you risk the request being rejected for not being due.
