We continue to experience serious staffing problems due to both clinical and administrative members of the team self isolating because of Covid-19 and there may be times when the reception desk is not manned to allow us to provide adequate telephone cover for incoming calls.

During these times, please use the intercom as normal and one of the team will let you into the surgery.  Please use hand santisers provided, book yourself using the self check-in screen and take one of the allocated seats in reception.  Face coverings should be worn if you are experiencing respiratory symptoms.  We would also advise that you wear a mask if you have been classed as clinically vulnerable.  Otherwise, please feel free to wear a mask if you choose to do so.  You will be called in to your appointment by your clinician when it is your turn.

When you have finished your consultation, please exit the building using the side fire door and sanitise your hands again before leaving the building. If you need to make a further appointment or speak to an admin team member, please telephone the practice.

Please submit ALL adminstrative queries (blood results, medical certificates, insurance reports, referral queries) and any non-urgent medical queries via e-consult, by hand (using the red post box in the foyer) or via the postal service.

If you do need to contact the surgery via telephone, please exercise patience and tolerance as the team are doing their best to help you.  Your continued understanding in these difficult times is appreciated.
